Young Adults (18+)
Two in 10 adults experience anxiety at some point. For young adults, transitioning into independence brings new responsibilities. Our programs are designed to give you the support you need to overcome anxiety and thrive.
Are you the parent of a young adult struggling with anxiety? ▾
Starting therapy can feel intimidating for many young adults, especially when they worry it might mean something is “wrong” with them. We encourage them to start and continue their journey by framing therapy as a tool for personal growth.
Adults
Navigating anxiety in adulthood can be isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re managing work-related stress, family responsibilities, or personal fears, our evidence-based treatments are tailored to meet your needs.
Parents and Families
Parenting a child or teen with anxiety can feel overwhelming and isolating. Our parenting sessions provide education, tools, and guidance to help parents respond to their child’s needs. From improving communication to implementing reward systems, we help families create an environment that fosters growth.
What We Treat
Our Services
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a transformative experience for adolescents and adults who need focused, dynamic support in a welcoming, flexible environment. Our IOP combines the best of both worlds by offering structured, high-level care while allowing individuals to continue with their daily lives.
Whether you’re tackling anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, our IOP is designed to help you make powerful, lasting changes with personalized, results-driven care. Available both in-person and virtually.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a proven, empowering approach that helps individuals unlock their potential by transforming negative thought patterns. Whether you or your child is struggling with anxiety, stress, or chronic worry, CBT gives you the skills to break free from unhelpful thinking, regain confidence, and manage life’s challenges with a positive mindset. Our compassionate therapists work with you every step of the way. We offer both in-person and online options.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Premium Intensive Care (Echelon)
For those seeking a deeper, more focused treatment experience, we offer premium intensive care. Whether you’re dealing with complex issues like trauma, anxiety, or emotional distress, this treatment offers the dedicated attention and support you need to heal and grow. Our experts are dedicated to helping you feel stronger, more confident, and ready to take on life’s challenges.
DBT Skills Group Therapy
Our virtual DBT skills groups offer a vibrant, supportive community where individuals can share their experiences, learn from one another, and grow together. Led by experienced clinicians, these sessions create a safe, uplifting space where you can build connections and practice new skills. Group therapy is a fantastic way to complement individual treatment, offering emotional support as you move forward. Available for both adolescents (ages 11-17) and adults.
How It Works
We Begin With Understanding
Before the first consult, we send a survey to get to know your child, including history, preferences, and goals.
Intake Session
Care begins with either a 50-minute session for adults or an 80-minute session for kids that allows us to assess your unique needs and create a treatment plan.
Match With Your Clinician
With the insights from your intake, we carefully match you with the right therapist or group.
