Director of Child & Adolescent Clinical Services

Center for Anxiety has a Director of Child & Adolescent Services position available at this time at multiple office locations.
The Director of Child & Adolescent Clinical Services (DCACS) organizes and oversees all aspects of Center for Anxiety’s child and adolescent clinical services, from intake to discharge and follow-up. In addition, the DCACS will provide clinical care to patients (approximately 20 hours/week), directly supervise 2-4 trainees, and contribute to our on-site didactics teaching program.
Specific responsibilities of the DCACS include:
- Overseeing office and clinical staff in providing best-in-class clinical care for children and adolescents
- Further developing our Intensive Outpatient Program to provide such services to children and adolescents
- Revising our existing policies, performance indicators, and quality checks to ensure optimal delivery of clinical services to children and adolescents
- Collaborating closely with our Director of Clinical Training to ensure that trainees and junior clinical staff are adequately supported in providing high quality care to children and adolescents
- Participating in weekly leadership/administrative meetings to ensure that clinicians servicing children and adolescents receive all necessary resources, and that such services are integrated within Center for Anxiety as a whole
Qualifications of applicants must include all of the following:
- A current license or license-eligible in psychology in the state you seek employment
- At least two years of post-licensure experience in a related setting (recent licensees are welcome to apply for Clinical Psychologist positions within our program)
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Significant clinical training and experience in providing Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CBT/DBT) to children and adolescents
- A willingness and capacity to handle high risk cases on an outpatient and intensive outpatient basis
- A dedication to provide the highest standard of evidence-based care
